Lucid VR to launches pocket-sized VR 3D camera

Lucid VR has launched their pocket-sized VR 3D camera which is known as LucidCam. They launched the product on 23rd June 2017. The company aims at encouraging customers to use VR photography and filming to share the experience with their friends and families. This launch is the part of Lucid VR’s core vision.

Han Jin, CEO of Lucid VR said,” Initially I just wanted to build this product for myself but later decided that everyone should have the opportunity to capture VR videos and share them with their friends and families. “

LucidCam lets you create image and videos which enable you to see the world from someone else eye’s as if you were really present there. The company will be celebrating the general availability of the device with a billboard truck tour of the famous landmarks of San Francisco. This will give the people an opportunity to follow the truck and take pictures to share them with the hashtag “#LucidCam” for an opportunity to win free VR camera. The truck will also mark the start of production on sale from 26th June 2017. This sale will go on only for a month and will close on 26Th July. In this period LucidCam will be available at 15% discount from the retail price.
